Parking Reminders

All students parking at NHS must display a parking pass. Student parking is available in the lower lots, see A House for a pass.

NHS Parents/Students should not use the Naramake School Parking lot for pick up or drop off during the hours of 8:00am-9:00am or 2:00pm-2:30pm.  These are busy times in the Naramake parking lot and it creates traffic issues for those parents and students.

College Board’s Corona Virus,

AP Exam Plan

On Friday, the College Board posted how it will be administering AP exams in light of this international crisis. You can read the College Board’s response at https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/about-ap/news-changes/coronavirus-update. Here are the highlights:

  • There will NOT be any face-to-face AP exams this year
  • Students will take AP exams at home
    • Exams will be 45 minutes
    • Exams will NOT contain multiple-choice questions
    • Exams will be administered online
    • Students will be able to take the exam on one of two separate dates to be announced by CB April 3, 2020
    • Exams will be assessing a reduced scope of content, content that would “typically” have been covered before March
  • Students will have the option of canceling their exam(s), and CB will waive the $40.00/exam late fee they would have charged the school.
